My friend has an old Amazon account that is now locked - however Amazon still have funds held from over 12 months ago - and HMRC are also asking for Seller Fees Invoices - they cant access these due to the account being locked - anyone any advice?

No im stating there is none - it was a change of business name that triggered it, however now we get no responses.
