Nails varnish is Hazardous Material (Hazmat)?
I want to send Collection Hot Looks Nail Polish 8ml and Wet N Wild Spoiled Nail Polish but when I want to LIST AS FBA AND SEND TO AMAZON it says “This product is regulated as dangerous goods (Hazmat)” I contacted the seller help but they haven’t solve the problem. it’s taken me 6 days and to be on my computer for 12 or 13 hours a day for me to list my first product but still I don’t see any solution. I don’t know where to start, please could help me because I’m so tired. I’m new on amazon so I don’t know what i’m doing

You will need to upload an SDS sheet for the product.
You will also need to register for the Hazmat program, in order use FBA for this product.

Just to check, if you are buying goods to sell on for profit, have you registered with HMRC as self-employed (probably sole-trader), and have a BUSINESS Seller account on Amazon.
If you haven’t registered with HMRC that is the very first thing you must do as Amazon will need your UTR. to fully verify your account.

Just checking, you are buying these from accredited wholesalers or the manufacturer with authorisation to resell on Amazon - i.e. you aren’t buying from high-street shops or online retail outlets?

Yes, PLEASE listen the advice of long-time, experienced sellers.
You cannot just go to a shop and buy items cheap and then sell them on Amazon - there is a lot more to starting a business and making money than that - lots of legal requirements and as you have discovered, the need to submit various documents depending on what you want to sell, and some categories require approval.
