Read onlyWe have found 34 our products have been allocated to another brand called DIOVERDE (which has since been changed to Budi) even though we created the original products years ago, have our GS1 EANs and we have trade marked some of the products and we manufacture them ourselves or have them made with our logos and trade marks etc. We have made numerous cases to Amazon and have as requested sent in a list of the ASINs, with supporting URLs to our website, and an authorisation from our CEO and trade mark info etc. Amazon brand support do not understand that either DIOVERDE has highjacked our products or an Amazon update has changed the the brand name and insist, repeatedly that we cannot change a brand that is not registered to us or to create new products. But why should lose control of our own products and now cannot manage our own product inventory. This is so frustrating given we have also spoken to support staff as well. Amazon staff do not seem to understand what has happened or are conditioned to respond with standard answers which are stupid and show that they do not understand what has happened and our case is rejected every time.
do you have Brand Registration on Amazon
This happened to me a few weeks ago, e-mail managing directors e-mail address, provide them with your trademark certificate, gs1 certificates and explain the situation, they will change it back
Have you put your products into the transparency program
email "managingdirector@amazon.co.uk" with all the details and thank me later.
Bot might remover the email address so I am write it with "Space" as well. Remove the Space while sending.

I got this same issue. Please tell me what worked for you.
Unfortunately it happens far too often.
I dont manufacture my own items and buy stuff from suppliers. Sometimes a Brand will be changed - how I have no idea. Then I get told I can no longer sell the item as I am not authorised to sell the Brand.
Even when I send pictures of the item showing the old original branding, EAN, supplier website, GS1 info showing the EAN belongs to the supplier - it is always to no avail.
Amazon tell me they have communicated with the Brand owner - but we know this is just a downright lie. Who exactly have they contacted? Certainly not the details provided by looking up the EAN on the GS1 database.
Unfortunately I can only sympathise and offer no solution other than as others have said emailing managing director etc.
We recently have emailed managing directors email with a similar problem.
We provided proof of trademark, our GS1 cert for our EAN prefix and pictures of the item which has our branding on it.
This isn't the first time that we have done this, as previously when we attempted this we got the automated response and then nothing. However, it is just something we keep trying to sort nonsense like this out.
This time is promising though, we got an actual response from escalations that states that they are investigating it.
So, as others have said, keep trying the managing directors email. It may take time and persistence, but eventually, they might just do something.
