I've recently gone through the process to set up my first ever private label listing. The stock arrived I created the listing but it says its inactive and I don't have approval to sell this product despite it being my own product and branding. When I click on the option to request approval it says "We are not accepting applications to sell: Other product(s)Other Grocery category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)" . It doesn't make sense to me that I'm not able to sell my own product.

I've contacted amazon they were of no help what so ever, the product I'm selling is brand new . And I did get a GTIN exemption for this product.

Can someone please advise me what to do here. I found like 5 products that all required invoices to sell. I submitted all of them and was approved, then I tried to sell these products and am met with "We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Beauty category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other product(s)"

The products are all in new condition and I really don't understand what has actually happened. I can't even submit a new selling application because I am already approved. Does anybody know the fix to this please?

I am trying to create listing for gummy food supplement. I sent the certifications, however, it requests approval and then ends with

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"

Can someone help me with this? I have a brand associated with the product.
