Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help! My account has been stuck in verification since April 7th, 2024. I created the account back in January and was able to successfully sell some items, but there was a disbursement limit of 15,000 which I must have reached. This triggered the additional verification process.

The problem is, it's been over two months now, and I haven't heard anything back from Amazon about the verification status. My funds are still on hold, My inventory fees are becoming costly with the amount of stock with FBA and it's becoming quite frustrating.

Has anyone else experienced a similar delay with verification ? I've submitted all the required documents, so I'm not sure what the hold-up is.

The last I received was,

"Hello,

We are currently reviewing the information that you have provided. We will contact you as soon as we have completed this review or if we need any further information.

We cannot give you an exact deadline, but our team is working hard to complete verification as soon as possible.

The Amazon Payments Team."

If anyone has any advice on how to expedite the verification process, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Even though I presented all the documents required, my account still got closed

and it says:

"To continue with the account verification, please provide the additional information and/or documentation. Please note: We may need to request subsequent information to complete the verification process"

but I have provided everything already, and it seemed to be fine!

Hi- is there anyone on Amazon that can help with this? We submitted multiple documents over a month ago for our UK account over a month ago. We submitted all documents and bank statements that reflect the company that our UK account is registered to. initial verification was working correctly. again i have received the notification for upcoming call next during 3 days for verification documents , still no response from Amazon verification team after 20 days. he is hurt and disappoint to seller, we are invested with your platforms, i have sent regional all documents, but is again and again verification. the account is on hold, at least should return seller's fund if Amazon is not satisfied from the seller and after can block account. Amazon should be policy fair with the seller related verification process.
