Cancelling an order
i had an order from italy this morning, cant understand how it came through as i dont ship outside UK, checked settings and they were changed… so have changed them back, i have asked customer if they can cancel order but no answer yet, is there another way without it reflecting on my account health ?

the only way without getting a defect is to mark as despatched and then immediately refund
the customer may still be able to leave negative feedback so definitely send them a message telling them why you needed to cancel
