Seller account deactivated for dropshipping and seller code of conduct

My account was recently deactivated due to dropshipping and seller code of conduct, here’s my concern, all of my orders were shipped using shipping bought through amazon, and all the units have been dispatched from 1 location what can i do to prove my innocence? total number of orders are 27 and all labels have been bought through the same i’ve got pictures of the box that was used to ship the units and i am a bit confused on my next step as amazon doesn’t tell me anything about the next steps.

Since you do not have invoices you will need to focus on a continuous shipping location and proof of contract with a business that ships for you.

It may not be that Amazon has an issue with your shipper per se, but they are noting that the shipping origin of the items is not from where your business is located.

They absolutely tell you next steps-you have to write a POA. Is there an invoice in the packaging with your information on it? Are you shipping from a different location than the address on your account? Do the boxes have any other brand name on them?

Yes, i actually used a warehousing service and there’s a clear communication between me and them on images of what the item looks like before shipping, I shared the labels and packing slip with them and they confirmed that the item is shipped. Along with the picture of their bill and my payment to them.

You partnered poorly, you have no path forward on Amazon as a Seller. Feel free to litigate your service for breach of contract, material harm, and whatever else your attorney can think up. But you are never selling on Amazon. In the future, you might want to do better due diligence, before outsourcing your contractual obligations.

If someone is buying a sony playstation, they expect it to arrive in a sony playstation box.

You seem to be confused about the “reboxing” requirement for “legal” dropshipping. It’s not that manufacturer’s boxes cannot be used, it’s that boxes identifying as other retailers / distributors cannot be used.

The packing slip has my name on it so it identified me as the seller of record the processing center provides pictures of the package, so what am i missing other than that?

Those images are of no value or consequence. Your service was already (and they knew/know) blacklisted for previously violating policy. They tried to get another bite at the Amazon Apple, it didn’t work and they drug you down with them.

packing slip has my name and details that are per amazon’s standard and actually downloaded from amazon.

Sawle Mill thinks this is the reason you were busted. Not the plain box, not the packing slip you had them put in, not the shipping labels you put on.

I do too, based on what we have all been reading in the forums lately.

Did you send your items, to your “warehouse service” and then they picked packed and shipped your items for you? Or did they source items and put them in boxes and send them for you?

Since you seem to be harping on a point of irrelevancy, please, regale us with the story of how you properly sourced your merchandise, along with the valid invoice you have submitted to Amazon?

Things that might trigger a suspension for this reason.

Retailer’s packaging.
Retailer’s packing slip on package
Retailer’s price labels on product.
Anything which opens to question whether you are seller of record.

What might be causing problems with your appeal?

Lack of invoices from authorized distributors or the manufacturer.
Retail receipts
Your so-called warehousing service has been associated with other Amazon sellers or retailers.
You have no proof you are selling from your own inventory,

You could be a saint, but if it walks like a duck …

It is easy for Amazon to conclude a seller quacks.
