Amazon overlabelling our barcodes
Hi there, we’ve had a few instances recently where Amazon have labelled over our barcodes with the incorrect product and then sent them to the customer, our reviews are now incredibly negative due to customers receiving the wrong product. We pulled the stock back from Amazon to investigate and we can see that they have added an extra label but for a different product on top of the FNSKU barcode we have applied.
I am getting nowhere with Amazon support, we have lost sales, lost customers, have had our listings suppressed and they just aren’t listening to me or taking action. We have just had notification that this has happened to a line in the US aswell.
Is anyone else experiencing similar?

Yes, when we first started Amazon mis-labelled 2 child asins. Like you we removed the stock from FBA warehouse to check, and confirmed that Amazon had mixed up 2 colours. SS took NO responsibility and kept sending generic replies.
We had awful reviews for that parent asin so had no choice but the delete it and re-list with different GS1 EAN code. So much time was wasted.
