Getting Message 5665 Request approval for brand name
Hi there when I tried to listing the product first got an error message said:
‘‘You are using UPCs, EANs, ISBNs, ASINs, or JAN codes that do not match the products you are trying to list. If you believe you have reached this message in error, please contact Seller Support’’
I then changed the name with GS1 and put in the field matching with GS1 and now I received this message instead.
5665: [Request approval for] “Moon Star Sun LTD”
The brand name you have entered has not been approved by Amazon. [Request approval here by submitting an application for “Moon Star Sun LTD” and Amazon will review it. Once approved, you will be able to use this brand name in your product listing.
Anyone have the same issue? What did you do? Do you have to request approval?

im getting the same and was declined twice because the brand was not permanently affixed to the product/packaging but it is.
