New to RM OBA tracking please could I have some advice?
Hi
Due to the strikes, I have been using tracked 24 and 48 on my oba account.
Most are going through ok but I do have a few stuck for weeks at my outbound mail center. I have refunded the customers.
Can I ask what’s the best way to get in touch with Royal Mail about these? Put in a claim for each?
I don’t seem to have a manager anymore to ask.

You need to fill out a Claim’s form here: https://business.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/648/~/royal-mail-business-account-claims and give the details.
Tracked 24/48 offers up to £100 coverage but it is based on the cost price of the item (RM may ask for invoice to show the cost price) and not the sold price.
