Hey! I spent a lot of money on air shipping goods from China. Before my shipment even arrived in Amazon (they are still in transit), I had ALL of the units sell out in Poland due to a pricing error where my price did not convert properly from GBP to Polish Zloty. I need to cancel these orders - or at least be able to cancel the largest order of 30 units, so that I don't lose out on thousands of dollars. I opened up a case but Amazon said they can't cancel the orders. Is there anyone who can assist me before it's too late? This shipment is with Amazon Partnered Shipping. Maybe there's a way to cancel the shipment enroute and re-book it?

The result was to be listed an item from an average 60+ euros for only 2,00 euros giving me back 3 a-z and 7 negative feedbacks, with buyers demanding their orders. When we add a orice to gain profit, amazon cutting this out with "potential high price error", no that the listing had a 97,2% discount why you didn't cut it automatically and you let this unresponsible mistake?

What amazon did about that? N O T H I N G!!!!

Their ridiculous reply is: we understand you want to remove a negative feedback.!!!!

No you fools, i want you, like you sent the message of pricing error, contact your buyers and cancel your orders internally and all the related consequences your mistake has for my account.

From 100% feedback and no defect at all, in 20 minutes i deactivated my account.

My fba orders on 6-7 asins seem to be selling for 70-90% cheaper- we immediately changed the price manually but many business customers have swooped all my stock leaving me with hefty losses

Support have said to wait 24hrs but what if they ship, can we still cancel?

Can we still cancel right now?
