Intellectual Property Complaints
Hi, first thing I’ll try to give an idea of our job.
We produce Tshirts and create are own graphics, logically we get inspiration from movies, singers ans so on.
We don’t copy original graphics, but create are own, as I believe many others.
We received a notice-dispute from Amazon about a intellectual property complain of a right owner and the product is been removed.
My question is related to what happens when you receive a notice, are you immediatly suspended?.
At the moment the notice doesn’t appear in our metrics.
We tryed to ask to performance of Amazon but we haven’t received no reply at the moment.
Thanks for your attention and to how is able to give us an answer.

No, I don’t believe you are but you should take immediate action to determine whether any more of your listings are likely to have issues and take them down immediately without waiting to be told. Another 1 or 2 notices and you’re probably history.

What’s been your experience?
Are YOU suspended?
If not then you already have the answer, if you are then the task is to get re-instated by making a successful appeal.
There are plenty of threads with advice which should help you if that is the case, but before you submit an appeal why not post it here [along with the suspension notice] so that others can steer you in the right direction?

As a seller of official licensed movie and music merchandise I can tell you that you are not allowed to design your own products, especially t-shirts using their slogans, quotes or artworks. The legit manufacturers of these products are paying lots of money for the license to use the trademarked content.
You would have your listings removed from Amazon, eBay, Etsy or any other marketplace. The right owners are watching the sale of such products very closely and you might end up being sued. So I would strongly advise you to find something else to sell.

Clearly the rights owner/s of your images don’t agree that your own created designs are just inspired by brands, but an infringement of the brand/copyright.
To challenge the action/removal of your listings you will need to prove your designs are your own, either by registered copyright, or license from the rights owner to use the images, or alter them?
There will be no followup by Amazon, but as advised by @NoOneToldMeIHadTo you should review other listings as further infringement claims may see a suspension if you are not taking notice.

Thanks for your answers, I logically agree with what you are saing. It’s really important for me, and it’s the reason I opend the topic, understand how much time I have to change things.
