Hi! Three days ago I went to replenish my inventory and wanna make an FBA shipment, when this message appeared: "Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated".

So I tryed to get help, I opened a case log but it hasn´t been resolved yet.

I´m being harmed in my store and my hands are tied.

Help me ASAP, please!!

Does anyone know how to solve this issue below ?

My shipment abilities are suspended since 2 months. I keep opening cases and calling them and they keep telling me internal team is working on it

We have shipped 2 overweight boxes - limit is supposed to be 50lbs and we shipped 52lbs.

I get an error that shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated when attempting to send in a shipment. I updated my banking recently with a micro deposit received for verification; however, there is nothing in case log regarding why this occurred and chat support hasn't been able to resolve this issue or tell me why it occurred.
