Hi,
I have submitted an ungating request for Lancome and have been denied even though there are plenty of smaller sellers on their listings.
I have purchased the products from an authorised distributor, 10+ units. Is it because there is another product on the invoice?
Could it also be that when I am trying to ungate, the brand name is showing as "Lancôme" and "Lanc\xf4me" and not showing as the proper brand name (Images attached). Do I need to get my supplier to change the name on the invoice to that name and resend the invoice to me?

Amazon has not provided me with an exact reason? Their response is attached in this also.


I have used the same invoice to ungate another brand, However, Lancome seems to get declined.
