Amazon unreasonably take seller's money to customer

One customer paid £11 for his order, then he request refund, but Amazon unreasonably refunded £150 to this customer at January, 2022.
In January, We opened the case to request refund compensation, Amazon replied that REFUND US WITHIN 180 DAYS.
From March to May, we sent a lot emails and phone inquiries to Amazon, they keep the same reply, and let us wait.
In June, we felt so shocked because Amazon replied that the window of refund compensation application has expired and can not refund to us .
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
Will this unreasonable refund continue in the future?

Do you still have the email from Amazon where it says that you will be refunded within 180 days?

If so I would forward that to the Managing Directors team (email: managingdirector@amazon.co.uk) to state that you have not received the refund and that you would kindly like it to be paid
