Complete supply Chain invoices not accepted

Been selling on Amazon for several years ~8M Year AMZ revenue mostly electronics.

Two weeks ago I received Two alleged violation emails from Amazon Mexico Marketplace (NARF Orders). Later received email from csm-brand-review@amazon.com mx asking for Invoices. Since Then I have submitted Invoices from Manufacturer and Brand Owner to Our Supplier, Invoices from Our supplier to US, Proof of payment, Proof of delivery, All supplier information possible. Somehow they keep saying the supplier is not verifiable. All listings for the brand suspended and about 1M worth of merch being returned.

What else do I need to submit to make the supplier verifiable? I do not thinks there is anything stronger than Invoices from Manufacturer to supplier and then from supplier to US with proof of payment and delivery.

  10. Certifications of compliance with relevant regulations
  11. Details on raw material sourcing and traceability (supply chain)
  12. Information on subcontractors or upstream suppliers
  13. Logistics and shipping documentation
  14. Positive ratings and reviews from reputable sources
  15. Lack of significant complaints or legal/regulatory issues


The more verifiable this information is, the better the seller can demonstrate the legitimacy, reliability, and transparency of their supplier.
