Read onlymy account was deactivated, but I have no further information, there is no violation of my account health, so I don't know what to do, I really need help, I contacted a specialist by phone, the call was terrible and we couldn't understand each other , I'm in Brazil and I need support regarding the documentation or action plan I need to do, I'm really committed to following the rules and doing everything right, but I need help.
Post your notice (redact any personal information).
It will state why your account was deactivated; although it often does so in a manner so obtuse that most won't understand it. The veterans here have seen those, and can translate (usually).
Hello @Seller_37fP9SjGXi9uL,
Thank you for posting concerns with your account deactivation here on the Forums.
"that’s the notification"
From the notification you shared, I see that after your video verification call, our team has identified that your account OR accounts related to you that you operate, may be used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
This decision is reached after the video call interview and the review of the documents you were asked to submit. What documents were you asked to submit for verification? Did any issues arise while conducting the video call?
If you believe that this decision was reached in error, you can email the inbound-appeals@amazon.com to dispute. Please note: If the dispute information you submit is unable to be verified, we cannot guarantee a resolution of this issue.

Hello @Seller_37fP9SjGXi9uL,
Thank you for following up on the subject.
I made an appeal and sent evidence that I purchased the products from a brand supplier, confirming the authenticity of the products, but the decision to inactivate the account was maintained, and I received the following message in the body of the email:
I appreciate you appraising us of the recent situation. It would appear the provided information was not sufficient enough to be accepted.
-- Bank or credit card statement. The document must include the full name of the individual or of the business, residential or business address, issuing bank information and the records related to the purchase of the ASIN under review.
As noted in this section we require ALL information to match the account owner of the business, the address along with the proof of payment for the products purchased. Does your statement show proof of payment for these products from the supplier or manufacturer?
-- In case of having a registered business, the registration document must be uploaded. The document must contain name of the business owner or legal representative, business-operating name, business license number or registration number, official seal or stamp of the issuing authority, business address, date of incorporation, status of the business and signature of the legal representative (electronic signature is acceptable).
This request only applies to a registered business, and as stated above would need to match the business owner or legal representative of the company.
-- Supply chain documents such as invoices and receipts that include the item's description, quantities, supplier’s name, supplier phone number, supplier address, and website. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. Proof of delivery, bill of lading, import and export documents, customs clearance documents and authorization letters from brands and licensed brand distributors are other examples of documents that may be requested.
These documents will need to 100% match our responsible sourcing requirements. Do your documents contain all of your suppliers information, along with your information so we can confirm you received the purchased products? These invoices should match the above mentioned statement request as well.
If you have a warehouse, your invoices will need to show the purchasers information, along with the different ship too address associated with your account.
I am sure of the authenticity of my inventory, I would like to know which documents would be decisive for this proof?
Aside from invoices, you may also provide proof that your supplier is an authorized distributor of the brand and products with a letter of authorization. This can be issued directly to the supplier showing their authorization or it can be issued to yourself.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
