An account closure can have different reasons and unfortunately we do not have any access to check the reason for yours.
To find out why your account has been deactivated and how to reinstate it, please contact the account health support by opening a case via help-button.
1) get help and resources
2) select a service > listing and selling on www.amazon.de
3) account health > reactivate your account
4) Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support > select issue
5) Please describe your issue: and then add the text you would like to send
The account health support will respond to you via email.

Many thanks for your reply.
I have done the case submit many times, every time just got the same automatically reply and when I submit the bank details, it is issued by the bank, meet all the requirements, still told me that the bank verification is failed....

After checking with the account health support, they mentioned that they did not receive any kind of case via the help button I explained to you within the last weeks.
The account health with be pleased to help you but without any information, they will to be able to guide you to the next steps.
Please open a separate case like I explained to you in the above post via the German marketplace.

thank you for this information. In some situations, based on the reason for the deactivation of an account, cases get automatically answered.
Unfortunately, I cannot assist you without knowing the reason for the deactivation of your selling account. Have you checked all of your shops, in case you are selling in more than 1 Amazon shop?
Normally, Amazon sends a notification about the deactivation of an selling account and the reasons that led to the deactivation.
To check if you have more than one shop in which you are possibly selling, click on the drop down field in the left upper corner of Seller Central, right next to the Amazon Seller Central logo.
There you will find a list of all of your shops. If you have more than one there, check in every shop the performance notifications regarding a notification informing about the deactivation of your account. (Menu (3 stripes left upper corner) - Performance - Performance Notifications).
It is very much possible that you will find information about the reasons for the account deactivation in one of your other shops, if you cannot find one in your German shop and if you are selling in other regional shops of Amazon.
Please do not hesitate to add more information to this thread, if you could find the reason for the account deactivation.
