Help Required with Used Video Games - Potential Trademark Misuse

Hi all,

This is something I’ve been meaning to ask for a while.

I sell second hand video games, basically finding the Amazon ASIN (from when they sold it) and listing my products as used.

Recently Amazon have been removing their created ASINs and giving me a warning for Potential Trademark Misuse.

For example:

Not sure what I can do here. The item/asin no longer exists so I now can’t sell the item.

How can I get a trademark on second hand goods? What can I do? Is it just a case I can no longer sell these items?

I end up with a policy warning which I cant resolve. I appreciate why trademark/branding exists but in this case it seems odd.
