I created my product listing and shipped the items to the Amazon Fulfillment Center. While the listing and images were initially correct, I noticed today that the product images have now changed to those of a completely different product. I am also unable to update or change the images myself. This is my first product on Amazon, and I have just started selling. The issue is causing a significant delay, and I am at risk of incurring losses with each day that the incorrect images remain on my listing. Also when i try updating the image from edit listing section it gives this error: 'The MAIN image that you have submitted shows a product that is different to the product represented by the ASIN's existing MAIN image. To resolve this problem, remove or update your contribution's MAIN image so that it shows the correct product or update your contribution's identifying information (e.g. UPC, ASIN) so that it corresponds with the product shown in your MAIN image.' I have also tried to upload images through upload images option from the catalogue section. It has been 2 days since i made the case with Amazon but still haven't received any response. My product has been suppressed since December, and Amazon support hasn’t been able to resolve it. Here’s the product link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B018KDFF1C.

I’ve followed all the instructions Amazon has given me, but nothing has worked. Here are the error messages I'm seeing:

1. In Seller Central > Inventory > Search suppressed and inactive listings

Remove any non-compliant mark-up from attribute [item_description] to ensure your data meets with Amazon's guidelines; don’t use HTML, JavaScript or other types of code in your product detail pages.

You are not authorised to fix this issue. A contribution from the brand owner or an authorised reseller is required to resolve this issue and activate the ASIN. If you are the brand owner or an authorised reseller for this brand, please apply for the appropriate role for this brand in Amazon Brand Registry.

However, I’ve removed anything that could be code from the product description and A+ content - this didn't resolve it.

2. When reaching out to Amazon Support, I put the ASIN into Amazon's troubleshooting tool, it says: "ASIN is missing a browse node"

However, the listing does have a browse node (Dedicated Deck Card Games). I’ve tried changing it to other relevant categories (e.g., Travel Games), but nothing has worked. My other similar products don’t have this issue.

In reply to my messages, Amazon said it "safe listed" the product against my brand - this didn't fix it.

Each time I contact support, they escalate it to a specialist, but no solution has been found.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or have any ideas?

We sell a frying pan which is usually ranked in the top 3 spaces organically for the search term "frying pan"

Last week we had a couple of days with no sales, which was very unusual and we noticed that the product wasn't being shown organically, but ads were showing.

The listing is not suppressed, we have stock and there are no warnings about the product in the seller account.

We opened a case with Amazon and they told us the product has been classed as an adult product. They removed the adult tag, and the listing appeared organically again for a few hours, then disappeared from search again.

Each time we open a case to remove the adult tag, we appear organically for an hour or so, then disappear from search again. This has really impacted our sales.

We've been through the listing with a fine tooth-comb to see if there are any words, images, or backend keywords which could potentially flag the ASIN as an adult product, but we can't see anything. We are at a total loss as to what to do and Amazon Seller Support don't have any ideas.

Does anyone have any experience on how to resolve this issue?
