Product is not as in description complaint
We shipped a product which is from a famous brand , the buyer received the product much in advance ,he used the product and took it to some local shops ,finally returned the product is not as its description on site and the product is induction friendly , he put a comment it is not , however the product is induction friendly and this is printed on the box. he gave us a negative feed feed back and returned the product we did a full refund and contacted Amazon explaining this is product review and consider to remove ,they answered the customer is correct .kindly advise how to manage these kind of fake comments

If it is solely a product review then reply back to the case that was opened and ask for it to be looked at again. The first time you ask for feedback to be reviewed it is not read by a human but by a Bot. The second time you should hopefully get through to a human who should see it is a product review.
However it there is also a comment about your service in there such as slow postage, poor customer service then the feedback is likely to stay.

It is purely a product review as there’s no mention of your service as a seller. I think you can appeal one more time - keep it very short and point out the rule it breaks.
That said, i don’t think getting that one negative feedback removed is going to help your feedback rating too much.
