Shipping Template / Buy Box score

Today I had a call from Amazon where they were offering a paid service to help make the best of your account. One of the things that was mentione was our MFN shipping time… and that it was about 7 days but our actual delivery metric was about 2.6 ( according to stats that he could see )
He said that I should change my shipping template - but when I look at it. The dynamic shipping times is not turned on and everything looks to be set to the normal royal mail type standards for the UK.
Note that our handling time is set at 1 day but we have always had it set that way but do continue shipping until prime cuts off each day regardless.
If anyone has any tips for settings I would be greatful. Our BuyBox halved in October and considering our account health is perfect - this may be one of the main factors.
I did ask the guy on the phone what it should be set to but he was focusing on his agenda of selling the whole product.

I suggest to take extra care with this type of calls, considering all the fraud attempts going around.
