Returns Amazon refundung customers prior to me receiving goods backf
Hi everyone I post all by own products - plenty people returning goods as “not as described” to get around paying for postage return - however the main problem s are how can you challenge this reason as you know it is a get out reason and secondly I am finding that Amazon are now refunding my buyers directly from my account before I have actually received the goods back! What if they then don’t send the goods back? How can you report this?

Its the Refund on first scan policy that came in in October
It was on the news section

Amazon now employ a Refund at First Scan policy when a Prepaid Return Label has been provided. This has been the case since 24th October.
If they are returning goods as not as described, its difficult to prove but you would need to open a Safe-T claim stating the customer has selected the wrong return code to try to get your Return Label charge back.

Its also worth noting that going on your name, its possible a number of your products are going to sit in the Clothing category on amazon so free returns would be the standard, irregardless of the return reason.
