Till Saturday evening my VTR was 99% but over the night it drops to 68.79%.
Under the VTR report they have added 3225 orders.
VR has taken the orders from 14 Feb to 24 Feb 2025.
Does any has faced the such issue and have any update why it is happening.
If anyone knows the solution then please do share.
Download the VTR report which will show which orders have caused the drop. Possibly not scanned on delivery
Do you use VEEQO by any chance as I have similar issue?
I have a case open with Amazon as mine is showing 74.39%. In a way glad it's not just me.
All mine are Yodel, dispatched exactly the same I have been doing for years and yet all failing.
Lets see what they say.

Yes. Mine All Yodel Parcels effected. EVRI, UPS, Royal Mail has no effect on VTR. All tracking details accepted. Only Yodel causing the issue on VTR.
We are using Developer apps Packlink for all shipments which automatically updates when the shipment is processed.
Amazon Customer service advised to manually enter the tracking details as auto update taking Yodel as "other" in shipments and enters "Yodel UK" in the box provided which is not identified by the system. Been updating this since last week and no issue if this is working.
Yes issue seems to be with Yodel. Amazon support says Yodel Direct not integrated with Amazon but why some of my shipments sent with Yodel are not affected but some are. Nothing wrong with tracking/delivery though.
Same situation.
Seller Support told me Yodel is not acceptable and I MUST use buy shipping to book EVRI. ie, to maximise Amazon kick backs.
In the last few days I've had several requests for refunds as Amazon have told the buyer "Your package may be lost". All Yodel and in every case they were delivered on time but these buyers incredibly believe if Amazon tell them this, then this is proof of non-delivery rather than the photo of them being handed the package! Just wondering if others are getting this issue with Yodel?

I have the same problem and I just noticed that for the last few weeks, there is no tracking in our YODEL shipments that have been reflected in the system in the same way. Our VTR has dropped to 78. We have been sending with YODEL in the same way for almost 2 years and have never had any problems. Can you give me information about the solution to this issue? We still haven't received any information from support. Thanks.
