Blank Reactivate Account Page

Hello all,

I am trying to reactivate my account due to it suddenly being deactivated. However when clicking on the reactivate account button within Account Health I receive the below blank page. My account does not have a call me now button for seller support and all my case logs receive automatic responses saying this is not the proper channel for appeal requests.

Would any of the Amazon mods be able to assist with a call number for amazon seller support?

It states the case cannot be re-opened, have you already made a previous appeal ? Would also help to know why the account was deactivated in the first instance.

Having read the entire thread, I gather that you do not have the ‘Call me Now’ button and also that you’re unable to access the page from where you can send the appeal.

To address the issues, I’d recommend that you raise a case by clicking on the ‘Help’ option and then select ‘Your account has been suspended’.

Then click on ‘Account Health’ > Reactivate your account > Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support.

You can reach the Account Health Team using this path.

I’d request you to go through the performance notification tab and thoroughly review the instructions provided and links given to directly email the team.

If you sell on Amazon UK, or on any other European marketplace, you will be required to register for a VAT number in each European country you sell in. VAT stands for value-added tax and is a tax that sellers add to the price of their products and pass on to national tax authorities.

Utility bills, State / Country Identification, Bank Account, Incorporation Documentation and all those documents which can help to complete the verification procedure.

If you would like to do this, then please consider the below points as a requirement for the documents before a submission:
• Should be valid (not expired, revoked, or closed)
• Be high-quality, in color, and unobstructed (not angled, blurry, or cropped)
• Show the full page , it should not be a screenshot
• Display matching information (such as your ID number or name) that you use to register to sell on Amazon
• Be scanned images, or a photo taken from your mobile device’s camera (no screenshots)
• Display the full document (front and back, if applicable)
• Be less than 10MB in size
• Be in one of these formats: gif, png, jpg, pdf, and docx.
• Do not include special characters in the file name (examples: $, &, or #)
• Be authentic and unaltered.
