Product image changed to completely unrelated product, seller support usless

A SKU I sell has had the image changed to a completely random product today, has anyone had success getting seller support to fix this? They replied with some automated guff about approving changes with the brand owner which is completely usless. You would think for a SKU selling hundreds of units per month they would have some incentive to put it back to the correct product image.
