First item, cant create case pack template or single item

I am trying to list my first item. Got through the first few pages, when putting in the FFA stuff and trying to select the prep category or new case pack template, I fill it in and click save but nothing happens. I just get a spinning “loading” type thing. tried clearing browsing history but it doesnt make a difference.

any ideas?
