As a UK based ltd company I am struggling to get insurance for selling in the US.

The contact email for Marsh provided by Amazon has not responded, which seems to be a frequent issue from browsing various forums.

Has anyone recently managed to buy an insurance policy for the US and have it approved by Amazon? I've been provided a quote from Chubb and Policybee but I'm concerned the wording may not be close enough to what Amazon are looking for.

Like others I have had the email regarding liability insurance for sellers operating on Amazon. We are a limited company, UK based, selling books and solely selling in the UK, but for some reason operating from a warehouse is not allowed according to the insurance broker ( Simply Business ) that Amazon has linked in their email.

So, is this insurance requirement going to be an impossiblity for businessess, or is Simply Business only aimed at sellers who operate from their homes?

This all seems very odd to me.. how have others managed to obtain *acceptable* insurance?

I have been looking for an insurance company that would sell me Liability Insurance for my products - to be compliant with Amazon's changes to their policy (I know, I should have sorted it already). I have looked in a few 'popular' places like: Direct Link, Simply Business etc. but they're not willing to insure a 'white label' type of business, especially one selling food supplements.

I have found an independent broker and I am awaiting a quote from one of the insurers he works with, but I fear it may be too costly - so, I'm trying my luck here, maybe some fellow white/private label food supplement seller would be willing to recommend their brokers/insurers?
