Customer left negative feedback

Can you please help with these 2 orders (202-6581086-6817904, 202-2608622-8044355), Case ID 10153971362.
The customer placed 2 orders with different address on the same day, we dispatched both orders to the address that customer provided in the order and tracking show proof of photo and gps but customer stated that we sent to the wrong address and left us 2 negative feedback. Can you please review and help to remove the feedback for us.

I am reviewing the orders that you shared. I checked the tracking ID associated with the order : 202-6581086-6817904; however there is only a photo of deliver that does not show any details; I don't see any GPS information there.
Do you have any other proof from Royal Mail regarding this order?

Sorry for delay replying, yes this order : 202-6581086-6817904 only showing proof of photo no GPS information. Only this order: 202-2608622-8044355 got GPS and proof of photo information in the Royalmail tracking site. Please help remove the feedback if you can.
