Amazon Warehouse Rejected the courier delivering my small FBA parcel
Hello. Having a very tricky time with my recent shipment to Amazon. I was issued with an address for Tilbury, printed off the label, packaged everything correctly (11kg so not big) and sent it by Hermes to the warehouse. It was rejected three times and is now on its way back to me and still not back in 2 weeks. The main problem is I need to send it back again to try and get it back in the warehouse, Im going to use DPD this time. However I contacted Amazon Seller Support and am getting no where. They say the shipment has been booked in and that couriers cannot just deliver as and when they want to. If this is the case why was this not on the instructions when the parcel was made up. Does anyone have any idea how I can get my small parcel to the warehouse second time lucky? I’ve searched high and low for a telephone number for Tilbury and given up, amazon have been extremely unhelpful. Thanks.

You cannot contact any Amazon warehouse direct.
You need now to re-book the delivery through Amazon and using one of their “Preferred Carriers”, who have pre-booked delivery slots with Amazon.

As far as I know amazon warehouses don’t accept deliveries from herems. Try using DPD or parcel Force

Use partner carrier UPS that weight of box will cost £4.23.

As Russ says use the partnered carrier and you should have no issues and for a box of up to 15kg they only charge £4.25ish + VAT. If you don’t want to use a partnered carrier then use one of the preferred ones: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/200280260
