Can I list a new product without trademark?

I failed to list my products as I don’t have a tradename. Does anyone know if we can list products without tradename (brand name) and how? Thanks

Hi Jack

I’m struggling with a similar thing myself. I think you have to apply for an exemption if you want to list it as ‘generic’. I’ve been trying to do the same for a batch of 100 products to test the market, before then potentially moving on to trademark, etc.

I’d suggest raising a case with Amazon Support and asking them for an exemption.

Hope that helps

You need to post a bit more information. You say “my products”. Do you mean you are making them yourself, or are you just buying them from someone else? If you are buying them in and they have a barcode (usually an EAN of 13 digits), then you search for that on the Amazon catalogue and add your stock to that listing
