Not suspended but need to reply
I received an email from Amazon stating that the Late Shipment rate is high and is above 4%.
The end of the email stated that I will be receiving a call ( which I received just now ) and the lady asked me the reason.
I informed them over the phone and she said that they will be sending me an email seeking a Plan of Action from me.
They said that the account will not get de-activated but I need to reply them.

As we discussed, more than 4% of your recent orders were confirmed after the expected shipment date. Your account will be temporarily deactivated in 24 hours if you do not address these defects.
Why is this happening?
More than 4% of orders were confirmed to have been shipped late. Late shipment rate should not exceed 4% and is calculated over 10 and 30 day windows. Amazon’s Late Shipment Rate Policy can be found at (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/200285190).
What’s next?
Send a plan of action within 24 hours that explains:
– The root cause(s) of the late shipment confirmations
– The actions you have taken to resolve the late shipment confirmations
– The steps you have taken to prevent late shipment confirmations going forward
I tried to search on the forum for any tempelate but couldn’t find ny template related to this.

This is basically a pre-suspension notice informing you that you have 24 hours to submit a Plan of Action and prevent account deactivation.
You will need to write a Plan of Action, in which you tell Amazon, what you have done to address the issue and how will you prevent this happening again.
The appeal shouldn’t focus on specific orders but talk about the issue in general.
Here is an example POA for a suspension due to the Late Shipment Rate exceeding the 4% target, which already helped multiple sellers get reinstated.
You can write a similar one based on it and then post it here for feedback.
