Not getting paid
I set up my account 4 months ago and sold my first item 2 months ago. My bank account is verified, by I have not received any payments. What’s the problem?

I suspect your balance is in “reserve”. Go to your disbursement page via your balance and at the bottom on the left it says “Account Level Reserve” with a question mark next to it? That will tell you what available balance you have. All new sellers are subject to a rolling reserve.
