I have been trying to close my account since April. I cannot do so because I have inventory "stuck." I have opened 8-10 cases and they've all hit dead ends. I am being charged storage fees and aged inventory fees and haven't had a sale since March. I've tried calling, chatting, emailing. Once it looked like they located the inventory to remove it, but when I tried to reply the case got sent to someone else and back in to the void. I've been vast improvement in Seller Support in the US, but the support I've recieved in Europe makes me even more desperate to get out.
Basically my actual inventory doesn't match the inventory in the Inventory reports, so all of my removal orders are getting canceled because I cannot create a removal order without knowing exactly what the inventory is. While many back and forths with seller support got me here, I can't seem to get them to tell me what the actual amounts are. Any advice?
