Unboxing video being rejected
I posted an unboxing video of my product to be shown on the listing but it has been rejected for the following reason: “The video discloses personal/private information, or requires viewers to do so”.
This reason is not true at all. Any suggestions on what needs to be done?

Oh lord - we had a video issue a few months ago with a vague reason for the rejection.
It took us about a month and about 12 emails back and forth until someone could tell us the actual reason for the rejection.
Unfortunately, that is the only thing you can do - keep opening hte case with support until someone has the wherewithal to actually look into the rejection reason.

It’s a badly programmed bot. In the past we have just made minor changes to the video, like a text here and there and resubmitted. Usually it works.
But of course make sure you are not breaking any of the rules.
