URGENT: Amazon Removed Bank Details Linked to Indifi Loan – Cannot Update or Withdraw Funds

I urgently need help regarding a critical issue that has affected my Amazon India seller account.
About 40 days ago, I took a business loan through Amazon Lending with Indifi. As per the lending process, my bank account was automatically linked with Indifi’s designated account, and everything worked smoothly until last week.
Suddenly, Amazon removed the bank details and now shows an error message:
"Bank account details removed. Please assign or update a valid bank account."
However, when I try to assign or update the bank account, I get this error:
"FORBIDDEN: You are not allowed to update the bank details."
I understand that the account is locked due to the Indifi loan, but why were the bank details removed in the first place?
My Amazon account has:
- **₹1,00,000++ in balance**
- **₹45,000 available for withdrawal**
But I cannot withdraw any amount due to this issue.
I have contacted Seller Support **daily for 7+ days**, but they only reply with "We're working on it. Please wait."
This situation is affecting my business operations, and I’m under financial pressure due to this unnecessary delay.

- Kindly explain why the bank account was removed.
- Please help me either relink the correct account or release my funds urgently.

UPDATE: Issue Resolved ✅
After 7 days of continuous follow-up, my issue has finally been resolved today.
Amazon has restored my bank account successfully, and I am now able to view and use the deposit method again. I can also access my available funds.
Thank you to everyone who viewed or supported the thread. For anyone facing a similar problem (especially involving a loan via Indifi or other Amazon Lending partners), I recommend:
- Escalating early through both Seller Support and Grievance Officer email.
- Reaching out to the lender if the deposit method is locked.
- Staying persistent and documenting each step.
