Maybe because it’s late, but i can’t immediately think what “coc” may stand for. You mention tracking and delivering direct via a 3rd party which suggests it might be something like a velocity review. Were you drop shipping by any chance? If you can post what Amazon said it might help.

We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.

Dear Amazon Support Team,
I am writing to appeal the deactivation of my Amazon account due to violations of Section 3 and the Code of Conduct. I take full responsibility for my actions, and I am committed to making things right.
I want to start by thanking you for providing such an incredible platform for sellers like myself to showcase our products to the world. Amazon has allowed me to build a successful business and provide for my family, and I am grateful for the opportunity.
Unfortunately, my account was deactivated due to violations of Amazon’s policies and guidelines. I want to be transparent and explain what happened. I had given my account access to my workers, who were responsible for the policy violation. They were not aware of Amazon’s policies regarding direct shipping from third-party suppliers to customers. As a result, they placed orders directly with the 3rd party suppliers such as Animed, Vetuk, Zooplus, pluspet, viovet without informing them to create Amazon labels. These suppliers then shipped the products directly to the customers without Amazon labels, which violated Amazon’s policies.
As soon as I became aware of the issue, I immediately took action to address it, and I have since ceased all dropshipping activities and have moved towards Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). I want to emphasize that all orders that were placed through the 3rd party suppliers were successfully delivered to the customers, and I have attached a CSV file containing the order details and tracking information for your review.
I want to highlight that I have a record of delivering all packages on time and providing excellent customer satisfaction. I understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and I have always prioritized it in my business practices. I believe that my record of timely deliveries and satisfied customers demonstrates my commitment to providing a positive experience on Amazon’s platform.
I am passionate about selling on Amazon, and I am committed to providing the best possible experience for my customers. I believe that I have the skills and expertise necessary to be a successful seller on Amazon, and I would be honored to have the opportunity to continue using your platform to showcase my products.
I respectfully request that you consider reinstating my account with FBA privileges. I understand the importance of following Amazon’s policies and guidelines, and I am committed to doing so going forward. I am available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have regarding my account or business practices.
I apologize for any inconvenience or concern that my account’s deactivation may have caused, and I hope that you can see that I am taking this matter seriously. I would be incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue using Amazon’s platform as a responsible seller.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Seller_sPch45F4BQ7zo
It clearly looks like you are drop shipping and that could be one of the reason , please try and seek clarification from Amazon if that’s the case.

Zooplus and Pluspet are well known retailers and not wholesalers, this is not even proper dropshipping, it’s RA or OA in my opinion. I don’t see in your appeal any promise that you will use proper sources in future, it’s not about not having “Amazon labels”.

I’ve not seen any account reactivation from drop shipping unfortunately

Hello @E-COMMERCE_SHARKS,
Thank you for reaching out to the seller forums community. This is Abella from Amazon to help you with your concerns.
With the above information that you have provided, I completely understand that your account got deactivated due to “Drop shipping policy violation” and “Code of conduct policy violation.”
I would recommend you to go through the policy link mentioned in the performance notification and make sure that everything mentioned in the policy is being followed. Also check if there was any order where in you were not the seller of record due to any reason. If you have a team who manages the orders along with you, please check with them as well.
The above screenshot of the performance notification states that your account was also deactivated due to “code of conduct” with the policy link given. Please go through the policy and you will there see lot of code of conducts mentioned.
Please try to identify if there was any code of conduct that wasn’t followed and if yes, then provide the reason about why it wasn’t being followed.
Once you are able to identify the reasons, please response to seller performance team with a plan of action by considering the below points:
“What aspects of your business could have led to the violation of our code of conduct Policy?”
Are you aware of Amazon’s drop shipping policy?”
“What fulfillment methods do you use?”
“What suppliers do you work with?”
“Have you hired anyone to operate your Amazon account on your behalf?”
“Do you work with any third parties? If yes, could you provide contract agreements?”
“Have you considered using FBA to fulfill your orders?”
“Moving forward, how can you ensure to comply with Amazon Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct?”
“How will you ensure to comply with our ASIN Creation policies?”
Please review these policies :
Seller Code of Conduct
Amazon Drop Shipping policy.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Regards,
Abella.
