Issue listing a new product manufactured by myself

Hi, We currently sell Makeup remover pads on amazon and have just had a new product designed and shipped to us with our own branding.

First issue i have is when i try and create the listing it comes up with an error saying I need to apply to list this product as it is similar to other products.
I applied and was asked to provide images of the product which i have done, but i have now had this response -

Please be informed that Brand: “REGN” does not manufacture products of “Nursing Pads” category.

You can not be approved to list product “REGN Luxury Reusable Organic Bamboo Nursing Breast Pads (14 Pack) With Wash and Storage Bags - Organic Bamboo Nursing Pads For All Skin Types”.

If you feel the brand needs to be updated, please provide supporting documentation to the brand to investigate further.

Can anyone advise how i can get this issue sorted because it has been ongoing now for around 2 weeks.

Just to add some context REGN is our company and the products have the REGN branding on.
