PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY VIOLATION???

Hi,

I have received a product authenticity violation, I have provided several invoices direct from the manufacturer, however they keep rejecting it. My listing is at risk of being closed.

What can I do more to prove the authenticity.

Note, I have already spoken to seller support and haven't received much help.
