Valid Tracking Rate
Hi,
I’ve just had an email from Amazon informing me that my tracking rate has fallen below 95%, however all of our parcels are sent either RM 48hr tracked, in which RM automatically update the tracking details onto the order. Or we send via DPD for which we manually amend the tracking details of the order.
All of my orders have a tracking number against them so I am unsure as to why I have received an email informing me that my tracking rate has dropped.
Many Thanks,
Seller_7VbclcPFFRTnc
I get them every few weeks
We were told on the webinar that as long as the items are sent with tracking or delivery confirmation, and just not scanned, we can ignore then
Just to note too that you don’t have to send tracked 48 , you can use RM48 - code CRL

If they are all tracked it just means some haven’t been scanned on delivery and amazon will validate them
You should download your defect report just to check they are all showing as tracked

Thank you for your help as always!
I’ve downloaded the report, one of them was returned to us as the customer didn’t know where they lived! We’ve resent it and the customer has received the order, but I have rather stupidly not updated the tracking details. Do you know if there is any way to appeal to the better side of Amazon about this order at all? Just as a small business, starting out on Amazon I don’t like the figures to slide as it sends the wrong impression.
The second one, hasn’t been scanned – so looks like Royal Mail haven’t scanned it.

When you say appeal, have they actually suspended offers or is it just their standard warning email that many of us get every 2 or 3 weeks ?

Just a warning email at the moment, I maybe over thinking things here, and most likely am!

Phew, thank you so very very much!
Thank you as well for the tip about using RM48 with the code CRL.

Hi All we are having the same issue…the majority of my products have been suppressed by Amz due to valid tracking rate. Most of our items are large letter so we use RM48 integrated with click and drop using a business account (OBA). Amz own text shows that these products and service are exempt from the valid tracking metric see text copied below item 5. I seem to be getting nowhere with Amazon help…am I getting this wrong? Do I need to do anything else? Any help gratefully received. Cheers Jeff

They have not got a clue!!
Latest reply to my VTR case:
This is to inform you that, after thorough investigation, we found that, for the below orders, the actual delivery was made after the promised date:
Order ID Promised Delivery Date Actual Delivery Date Tracking ID
203-7269173-2594714 13/07/2022 19/07/2022 2E00121534A
026-9930605-6770741 8/7/2022 11/7/2022 2E001201E74
On checking the tracking 1 item was delivered 2 days earlier than the “promised” delivery date and the other 4 days earlier!!!
What chance do we have of ever getting the correct info!!!

HELP! I have been struggling with VTR for over 6 months now and have had the majority of my items suspended last night.
The issue is sending Royal Mail Large Letters 2nd Class. We print out the labels in C&D. Stick them on the item with a label and enter the codes next to the Barcode eg 460311790000010B57137 weight is less than 100g which get grouped in the C&D Manifest at the end of day. Bearing in mind the items is less than £6 and margin I cannot afford to spend a fortune on tracking. I was lead to believe on a webinar I attended months ago this would be ok. Is anyone able to assist. Thanks
