Amazon have refunded a item
Amazon has refunded a item for missed delivery date so refunded the buyer it gets better the parcel has been delivered i contacted amazon and they told me.

Kindly contact with the buyer via buyer-seller messaging and if they received the item please follow below resolution.
If they want to return the item they can do so but if they want to keep it to retrocharge the buyer’s payment method for order ID the buyer will need to contact Amazon Customer Service directly by phone or email to have their payment method recharged. They must provide us with the order ID and authorization to charge their payment method. "

No not necessarily - you need to tell them to contact CS and request that their card is recharged- just as explained in that message.
