Help me With Listing Please Amazon?

Hopefully the developers working on the inventory system will see this.

I will try to elaborate on this the best I can, but, I don’t understand the programming steps behind it, recently, in the last 6 months or so, I am able to list two different books with completely different ISBNs under the same SKU on my inventory, when I search for either ISBN they both return a singular listing of one of the books … This is very frustrating as we are listing hundreds of books a week and it is very hard to see at a glance whether there has been a mistake made and often we are having to buy customers books in or leave books idle on the inventory for months because of this error, which used to return an error message if attempted! I would like for the Amazon Seller Developers to look into this issue and fix please? re-enabling an error message and blocking you from attempting to list a different book/ISBN under the same seller SKU seems like a very important quality of life update for Sellers on Amazon. I am having many other problems with this inventory system, there seems to be a huge lag between submitting the listing and the server accepting the changes, errors seem to occur with no logical reasoning and at the end of the day this innefficiency is costing us and Amazon money in fees… Please look into it applying the basics correctly and work with third party Sellers to create an inventory that works well for everybody.

Best Wishes,

Oliver.

unfortunately this is just a seller forum so you won’t get any response from the amazon tech team

You shouldn’t give 2 different ASINs the same SKU - they require different SKUs
