In Options - Account Info, I have a notice that "You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services."

Please provide the following information to gain complete access

Charge Method

Tax Information

Mexico

United States

I have never registered for US and Mexico, I was never selling in US and Mexico. And what is strange, I have this notice on all EU MPs.

When I contacted Amazon Seller Support, they said it does not affect my account health but since it´s there, I can see daily BuyBox dropping down.

Can anyone help with this issue please? @Ange_Amazon

Checking your account right now it's written that there is some tech issue that might be causing this.

However, I think you should probably close your North America account (US, MX, CA) if you are not using those and want to avoid potential issues in the future.

What you need to do is to open a case to Seller Support from one of your North America account, and ask for the account closure ONLY for your North America account.

Thank you for your feedback.

This technical issue is taking 3 days now. Meanwhile I can see daily drop of my Feature offers.

Regarding US, I saw this issue and was told several times by EU Amazon seller support that this does not affect my business within EU. Anyway, yesterday (Wednesday) I have completed my setup for US and Mexico. I do NOT plan to sell in these countries. But the only advice from US seller support was to put Vacation mode ON - which was from the very beginning. So no support from US team on account closure.

Hopefully, completed registration and Individual selling plan in US and MX will help.

I don't think this should affect your ability to obtain the featured offer for your products, this does not seem related.

In regards to your NA account, I still highly advise that you close it if you do not plan on selling there, instead of just putting your account on vacation.
