I need some advice about insurance please
Hi
I hope someone can help me with this. I have received an email from Amazon regarding insurance, this is what it states, i copy/paste it here
This is to remind you that you are required to provide proof of commercial liability insurance for the products you sell in Amazon stores within 30 days of receiving this email.
Why did I receive this message? As of September 1, 2021, under section 9 of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement", you must obtain and maintain commercial general, umbrella, or excess liability insurance with a limit of at least $1 million per occurrence and in aggregate, within 30 days after exceeding $10,000 in gross sales proceeds in a month in Amazon stores or if requested otherwise by us
I never had $10.000 in Sales in a month, its less then that, so my question is can i just disregard this message, what will happen if i don't provide proof of insurance, they don't say anything about closing the account ?
Any information is appreciated.
thanks

Hello @Seller_YTc81ZVUMWZfU,
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
Amazon may ask you to provide a certificate of insurance within 30 days to show your compliance with our selling agreement, unless we inform you in writing that you are exempt from these requirements
In this instance, I would suggest opening a case with Support to verify whether you would still need to provide proof of insurance if you have not met the $10k/month threshold. If you have already done so, please feel free to provide the case ID in this thread and I can take a look.
I have included some help pages below for your reference:
