Transfer my Amazon Sellers account to my marriage partner
Can I transfer my Amazon Sellers account to my marriage partner due to age and ill health. Purely a transfer not a sale.
Any info would be a help.

Accounts are not transferable unless your a Ltd Co.

I transferred mine a few years ago, sole trader. If it’s still possible you need to get in touch with Seller Support. It’s fairly simple, and involves uploading ID such as passport, driving license, providing UTR, etc. and signing online forms with digital signatures. It does take a long time though, I think start to finish mine took around 4 months. I could still sell during this time. If you need to change any info in your account settings, open several different windows and do it all at the same time because as soon as you save a screen the other buttons are greyed out leaving you unable to edit anything else.
