Amazon Tracking email
Is anyone else suffering from customers contacting AFTER receiving an email from Amazon telling them an item may have been lost and they should contact the seller. In the last 2 week I have over 10 such requests for refunds for items not received. After spending about an hour on each one with proof of delivery etc and emailing the information back to the customer only to be told on each and every occasion “ops wife (husband, son, daughter ) had forgotten to tell us that the parcel had in fact been delivered”. Amazon has just started another stick to beat us FBM sellers. Honest customers seem to try their luck.

This is nothing new, and has gone on for a long time, but due to the RM strikes these messages from Amazon have increased.
