I have a product review about price on my seller feedback page, however Amazon doesn't seem to realize it's a product review for some reason. This is buyer feedback “The seller changing always price , we bought almost 950 usd now 630 usd , not fair . I ll complain to amazon , fair price !!!”. I tried to contact Amazon from help to review this feedback, but it replied they will not review feedback when I ask from help. I am here to look for help.
We are also familiar with Amazon only removing feedback if:
Feedback included words commonly understood as obscene or profane.
Feedback includes seller-specific personally identifiable information, including email address, full name or phone number.
The entire feedback review is a product review about price
I firmly believe that the review falls into the third category, but the Amazon system rejected my appeal.
I send the package through amazon carrier Fedex, the package arrived , but the customer said he did not receive, and he request A-Z claim, at first time amazon denied, then he contact me that he only received $650 return, not the price 950$ he paid , and give me the this bad seller feedback. the fact is that I do not change my price, I only sell 1 unit of this, and the other seller in the list change the price below my previous sell price, you can check with it. Furthermore, amazon allow seller change price for their product right? and I did not know who gave him $650 back since amazon denied the A-Z claim request at the first time.
later,he request the 2nd A-Z claim, and Amazon refund 943.86 what he paid to him.
Can you pls investigate the case and remove the feedback.
