EU to UK returns label - who is best for FBM?

We are looking for a reliable courier that provides returns labels for EU consumers. Many couriers have stooped this service (e.g Royal Mail, DPD, DHL etc) - at least on a temporary basis, so we would be grateful if anyone could provide companies that still provide this service that is viable to use?
