Amazon are still taking money from credit card even though I have deactivated it

I have recently charged the credit card details on Seller Central but they are still taking money from the old credit card.

Amazon will charge and continue to take monies owed them, even with cards linked through your Buyer account.
You can downgrade to stop monthly pro fees, but if you owe for Long-term storage fees for example or similar, they are within their rights to collect.
Deleting all charge methods will only make your seller account invalid/suspended (not closed) and you will not be able to sell .
