Verify branding takes long

I tried to have a barcode for my product, and then they said your brand must be verified, it’s 5 days since they didn’t back to me.
I still don’t know what barcode is the right one,
My product is organic food and my bar code starts from 07 and it’s 13 digits.
When I submit to the Amazon seller account they said we have to verify your brand.
any suggestion?
